The client seeks to fill the following key position: Job Title: Head of Transportation & Logistics Ref Code: FMH003 Responsibilities Reporting to the Group Executive Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall accountability of planning, coordinating and managing the fleet including related general administration. Manage Company’s fleet and coordinate drivers. Ensure the security of all the vehicles of the Company including but not limited to arranging tracking for all cars, engraving all their parts, etc. Monitor and ensure the routine and need based maintenance of vehicles in conjunction with the Engineering department. Relate with the vehicles documentation desk to ensure that all vehicles particulars (e.g. registration, insurance) are complete. Track and analyze the vehicle wise cost of fuel, maintenance, and other recurring expenses pertaining to running of the vehicle in specified manner. Implement and maintain quality systems and continuously improve methodologies with specific focus on growth, cost reduction and process improvements. Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Degree/Certificate course in Transport Management.
