Headaches are suffered by over 100 million people all around the world in the form of tensions, Migraine Headaches, etc. It is a common problem all over the world. People all around the world try different techniques like resting, switching off the lights and many other things to overcome this problem. A list of foods that help in curing headaches are: , Salmon Salmon is rich in Omega-3 oil thus holding anti-inflammatory properties. They help in prevention and curing headaches.
