Headhunters: EE Learnership Facilitator (Training Concern) 904 Company: Headhunters Job Title: EE Learnership Facilitator (Training Concern) Location: Port Elizabeth (Port Elizabeth), Eastern Cape (South Africa) Salary: R10,000-15,000 Per Month CTC Permanent skilled level position at Training Concern in the Education (Training) industry. A progressive, exciting and dynamic Local Training Consultancy, with a growing National Footprint, seeks an innovative, “can do” Learnership Facilitator to join their Team, facilitating the Generic Learnership (NQF Level 4). Duties of the successful Candidate will include: - Creating and delivering accredited training programmes; - Assessing and moderating accredited training programmes; - Assist with POE building; - Regularly review training content and make recommendations for improvement against changes to national standards; - To create and maintain a training environment which meets organisation standards; - Assess the learning delivered and provide necessary feedback to ensure effective transition of learning into the workplace; - Support the successful implementation of Learnership and RPL programmes and provide remedial training; - Support the FET College Administrator as required with implementing and monitoring of quality standards; - Implement and maintain the TQMS standards to ensure adherence to SETA, ETQA requirements; - Complete all training administration, pre-during-post the learning events, which supports the WSP and which to enable the completion and submission of the ATR; - Keeping up to date with developments in training, FET and HET by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses. Requirements: Matric / Grade 12. Relevant University Degree. Accredited Moderator and Assessor. Certificate in Training Practice or similar. Experience: Experience in writing and delivering NQF material. Skills Development Facilitator. Assessor and moderator experience. Soft Skills and Leadership Training. Proven track record of success. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational and planning skills to manage time and meet deadlines. Excellent persuading and influencing skills.
