Heading to the hospital (again! Lol) shortly for surgery on my upper spine. I have a couple of loose screws (yes, it is official as most have probably suspected for years- I DO absolutely have some screws loose!). Surgeons will tighten them up and re-align my hardware in the cervical spine region (neck) as well as insert several wires which will carry electrical pulses to specific nerve endings in an attemp to alleviate some of the chronic pain that has impacted my life, and the lives of my loved ones, for far too long now. God has given me peace in deciding to undergo this operation - more than 20 now over course of my life, correcting issues related to skeletal and other problems which are genetic in nature and went undiagnosed for30plus years because i had no medical history due to being adopted!. I eagerly anticipate this next step in my journey of faith as I walk toward my healing which His word has promised me is mine if I ask in His name and believe By His stripes, I AM HEALED...! Thank you Lord for carrying me every step of this long road. Forgive me please for the times I grew weary, was fearful, full of doubt. You deserve better than that, deserve nothing but my highest praise. Holy, Holy is Your name!! Jesus, name above all names. YAHWEH, the great I AM. Thank you for the relief from this pain which the enemy has used to try and destroy me by occupying my mind with thoughts of pain and depression instead of keeping my mind focused and my eyes fixed on you! The devil is a LIAR. In the mighty name of Jesus I command you to flee, literally, to GET OFF MY BACK! You are not welcome here and you must get beneath my feet where you belong! Thank you God for your mercy, grace and for your unconditional love which has set me free! I am no longer bound by mistakes (sin) from my past and can move forward free from guilt and condemnation, also tools of the enemy he tries to use to control my mind. Wont work here, oh silly, silly evil one! I know my Father sees me as white as snow, having cast my sin as far as the East is from the West, giving me the ability to enjoy not only eternal life, but the life that is here before me in this earthly realm. Father God I humbly request that you reveal to me the plans you have for me as I enter this beautiful new season of my life, leaving pain and sickness behind, pushing forward,and leaning deeper into your healing arms and the perfect peace and rest I have found in you!! Thank you all you have done for me, for being my completion, for loving me exactly as I am. I ask you to please guide the surgeons hands this morning and that surgery goes smoothly and with minimal pain, most importantly however, I ask that everything goes according to Your plan. Lord I ask these things in your sons mighty name and thank You for the ability to come to you with any need great or small. I love you Lord!! Amen
