Heads Up Amigos...the Taco Shop will be closed Labour Day Monday,and the following Tuesday. I will stay open Sundays for awhile and see how things go before going to winter hours. Its been a crazy hot summer at the shop....thanks to my fab team I made it through (so far) with minimal meltdowns. Aaron you are a superstar and how many times have you heard I couldnt have done it without you Carol Carol? True. Who doesnt love a buxom blond with a British accent chatting them up? I mean taking their order..... And then there are my patient and loyal customers, your feedback makes it all worth it. Plenty of visitors passing through The Shop from all over the world, so happy to be part of their stop in the valley. So..huevos rancheros and papas bravas on as usual tomorrow, and good coffee..fill your cup! Again!and again... Life IS better with burritos, See you at The Taco Shop.....Jude
