Heads up friends and family, I need everyone to get the word out!!! There is a beautician in the Tomball area (her name is Celena Greggs)that frequents the nursing homes taking money from elderly ladies there and not checking with family or Nursing Home staff before she cuts their hair!! My mother is 89 years old and is showing signs of dementia. This lady cut & shaved 1/2 of her head, and left the other side and top long!! It really looks like she tried to imitate Miley Ciruss hair do! My mother is so upset and has cried ever since. I went to the wig shop in Tomball at lunch today and bought her a pretty wig and now she is feeling much better. I called Celena and questioned why she would do something like that and she of course said that is what my mother requested. I am filing a complaint with Texas Cosmetology and I plan to take her to small claims court for reimbursement of the wig!! The lady at the wig shop said the exact same thing happened last week to another lady in a Tomball nursing home and her daughter had to buy her a wig too! This is just unacceptable to me and what I consider abuse of the elderly. Please pass this name on to everyone so that we can put her out of business!!! Thanks
