Heal Thyself! Adrenal Fatigue? 9-10 hours of sleep is ideal for healing adrenals. Bed at dark is best, or at least in a completely dark room. It takes time to convince your adrenals that you dont need that kick of adrenaline to keep you going at 11pm. Youve noticed that second wind of energy about then, havent you? It feels good... until morning when there is this Damn, I need more sleep yuck feeling. Btdt. I wake up feeling great. I dont watch the clock. I wake up excited to start the day and pop right out of bed. I confess the Nettle infusions help with adrenals and sleep and energy and calm too!
