Mix all the chosen powdered spices well and store in an airtight container in a cool place away from direct sunlight. For daily use sauté one teaspoon of ghee with the spice mix. Heat until you smell the aroma. Immediately remove the saucepan from the heat to avoid burning the spices. Drizzle the spicy ghee on cooked rice or other dishes before serving. Or add steamed vegetables to the spice mixture while still in the saucepan and stir. Add salt and pepper to taste. This spice mixture should be used regularly to flavour one dish for the main meal of the day to boost immunity and enhance digestion. Keep in airtight container for ready use as seasoning or prepare it fresh every time you need it.
