Health: Don’t forget to take good care of your immune system this month, and take care of your health by eating healthy food on a daily basis. Avoid activities that require intense or sudden effort, since you may be at risk for muscular strains, or even severe fatigue. Do things that are physically and mentally relaxing, like practicing yoga or meditating. Also be sure to get enough restorative sleep.
