Health Tip Of The Day!! My beloved Watandars since most of you said that you feel More thirsty when you are fasting therefore I have these tips that prevent you from getting thirsty... Try to Avoid spicy foods, grilled and fried food in Sehri..Take at least 2-4 tablespoon of Yogurt or as much as you want caz yogurt prevents thirst so therefore eat in sehri...Avoid salty food even during iftaar...Too much salt in your body will absorb water and will make you thirsty...Eat more vegtables and raw vegetables (salad) and less meat. Vegtables have lots of neutrients and vitamins and water which keeps you hydrated.. Avoid too much caffiene and drink water after you break your fast but remember drinkining water should be very slowly in order to be absorb in your body and prevent dehydration and in order to feel not thirsty.... You should not do any sports activitities at all..Btw if can drink COCONUT WATER that is very helpful and the most hydrating water has known and recommended by nutritionists and dietitians... so good luck to you all my beloved watandars and stay healthy...
