Health Update: Its been a month and a half since I went to the emergency room and was admitted to the hospital with congestive heart failure and malignant hypertension. Since then, Ive lost 16 pounds, have regained my health, and pretty much adapted to a new lifestyle of activity, healthy eating, and savoring every second of every day. My blood pressure has pretty well been cut in half, with Super-Duper EMT Angel Anderson measuring my BP yesterday at 111/something I cant remember, but it was good. Despite my reminder to her that, as an EMT, she probably has no idea how to take a blood pressure, I believe her numbers and trust her since she puts the BP cuff on like she knows what she is doing, even if the stethoscope is on my forehead. :) LMAO. Anyway, thanks to everyone for their well-wishes, things are going well, and LIFE IS AWESOME! :)
