Health system of a country cannot be improved without a collaborative approach. Everyone blames Govt doctors for not staying at periphery posting place. The decision makers never try to find out the causes though we all r aware of those. What i want to say is that ....our health service, even in Dhaka, is not up to the mark because of the lack of trust and confidence on this system by the highest level politicians ! They always go to foreign hospital for such minor procedures regularly !! This must be stopped by making strong law for those highest level Govt personal in a way that ..... No higher level govt officer, MP, Minister can go abroad for treatment purpose until our respected medical professors provide specific certificate that they r unable to treat such disease or we do not possess such treatment facility in this country. Only with that certificate, such officials can go abroad for better treatment. If they can be stopped by this, then they will start thinking to improve the health facility in our country. Otherwise they will go away with our tax paid money for treatment which can be given here confidently. When they put their lives in this system only then they will try to improve it, otherwise not. Only Parliament or Supreme Court can take such step. I urge Our PM, jononetri Sheikh Hasina to do something on this issue.
