Health tip of the day Want to know if your body is in fat burning mode? Try skipping a meal, if your ravenous for food than your body is primarily running on carbohydrates. If you feel ok and can wait a while to eat your body is most likely primarily running on fat. Want to be in fat burning mode? Start eating FAT.... Replace your afternoon sugary carbohydrate filled snack with half an avacado or nuts, this will keep you fuller longer and overtime it will keep you in burning mode. Also overtime you will notice your sugary cravings dissappear you just need to give your body a chance to adapt. The pounds will roll of =)
