Health tips Gym Junkies & Instagram wont tell you... 1. Rest Days are good for your progress 2. Lemon & Water is great for your liver but isnt good for everyone 3. Vegetable protein is more easily synthesised by the body than animal protein (& has less toxic bi-products) 4. Yoga is a form of therapy 5. Listen to your body, not just the things that make you not feel good but the things that DO make you feel good - eat, drink, think & do more of what makes you feel good, once you get that going youll automatically do less of the things that dont 😇 Peace & Love friends xx Namaste 🙏
