Health tips are back! Health Tip #8: Increase proportion of fresh fruits in daily diet. Best time to eat fruits is morning, or before meals; least preferred time is immediately after a heavy meal. Major benefits include low caloric source of anti-oxidents (that slows down body cells-decay), fiber (that helps reduce body fats and cholestrols), important vitamins and minerals. Pakistan is blessed with such a large variety of tasty, non-engineered fruits of all colors; road-side stalls are always full all year round. We should shift our priorities from artificial sweets towards fresh fruits.
