Healthy Alternative and Healthy Recipe Minute Rice Multigrain Medley Gluten Free Quick Chicken Teriyaki and Rice Ingredients: 1 cup Minute Ready to Serve Multi Grain Medley Rice 1/3 cup cooked diced chicken 1/2 cup frozen broccoli, thawed 2 T teriyaki sauce 1T peanuts, chopped (optional) Directions: Prepare rice according to package directions. In a microwave safe bowl, combine chicken and broccoli. Microwave on high 1 minute. Stir in rice and teriyaki sauce. Top with peanuts, if desired.
