Healthy Baked Salmon Balls Ingredients (18 balls): 250 g salmon (you can do this with fresh, frozen or canned salmon) 1 egg 20 g fine oats Fresh black pepper and salt Optional other spices you like (for example garlic, cayenne,…) Directions: Drain salmon if you used canned. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Form into 18 balls. Place on a baking paper on a baking sheet. Bake in preheated 180°C oven for 20 minutes or bake in a pan over medium heat Enjoy!
