Healthy doses of sun are essential for vibrant health, our body produces essential vitamin D. Vitamin D is an hormone that our body is stimulated to when the body is exposed to sunlight. We need at least 15 - 30 minutes of sun three days a week to produce enough vitamin D for our body needs. Sunlight helps to lower blood pressure, it destroys infections, it lower overall blood sugar & strengthens our immune system.
