Heard from one of my friends from Arizona that former United States Attorney for the District of Arizona, Diane Humetewa, an enrolled member of the Hopi Tribe, was nominated by Pres. Obama to become a Federal Judge. This is great news for all Native Americans and all Tribes need to step up and support Diane Humetewa as she is a great attorney and did very well for law enforcement services in Arizona.
