Heard learned counsel for the petitioner,� learned Standing Counsel as well as Shri I.H. Farooqui, Assistant Solicitor General of India on behalf of opposite party no. 3.� By means of present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents not to disturb and allow the petitioner regarding practice, education & research in the field of Electropathy/Electro Homeopathy according to the orders passed by Government of India dated 05.05.2010 as this is done within the provisions of orders No. R 14015/25/96-U & H (R) (Pt) Govt. of India, dated 25.11.2003, as contained in Annexure No. 1 and 2 to the writ petition.� Petitioner further prays to issue directions to� the respondents for not to interfere in any manner in peaceful functioning of the petitioner i.e. practice, education & research in the field of Electropathy/Electro Homeopathy. After arguing at some length learned counsel for the petitioner prays that opposite parties may be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 25.04.2013, as contained in Annexure no. 3 to the writ petition, within time frame fixed by this Court.� Learned counsel for opposite parties have no objection to the prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the authority concerned to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 25.04.2013, as contained in Annexure no. 3 to the writ petition, in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
