Heard two professional, high volume, website designers testify that the Obozocare Website could - and should - have been designed for a maximum of 10 million dollars. Our serial liar in chief has spent a billion dollars and his website is still screwed up. For all its faults, Americas private corporations can often do what our government cant, yet too many Americans want government to do more. Go figure...
