Hearing a message from God can often be labeled as just a coincidence....not only by non believers but believers as well. We hear a song on the radio and think...that was exactly the song I needed to hear. We read our devotional and think...those were the exact words I needed to hear. Did God really plan for that song to come on? Did God really know that on 3-20-14 that I would need those exact words to be written in the devotional I am reading? Had He written in the Book of Life that I would be reading that book or listening to that radio station today? Maybe. Maybe not. He does have that power....but He doesnt need that song or those exact words to talk to your heart. He needs an opportunity. When you open your heart to Him He will speak to you. He will get His message across in any way He sees fit. You could have just as well listened to I Love a Rainy Night and heard the exact same message. It wasnt the words in the song that touched you....it was what He allowed those words say to you. One person hears one message....another hears a completely different message. The only thing the same is the Messenger. So pay attention to the world around you. God is there and He has something to say!
