Heart Check!! Tonight I feel God telling us ha we each need to do a heart check on our own hearts. What kind of a heart do you have? 1 Hard Heart: Happens when people have done things to you over and over and you just cant seem o forgive anymore and your heart hasnt gotten hard feelings toward them. and you cant seem to forgive them anymore 2. Kind Heart: You love doing for people and you love doing nice things for and too them 3. Loving Heart: You love people and you love doing for them that makes them feel good. 4. Prideful Heart: You think you are better than others and you are puffed up about yourself putting yourself above others in everything 5. Rebellious Heart: You are a rebel and love trouble and you love getting others into trouble. You dont want anyone to have authority over you. You rebel against everything and everybody 6. Forgiving Heart: You see good in everything and everybody no matter what people do to you you forgive them and love them and give the chance after chance 7. Spiteful Heart : Always ding things out of hurt and pain to make other hurt the way you do 8. Devious Heart: Always doing evil things 9. Sincere heart: You are very sincere in everything you do. You have no hidden motives. People can believe what you say and say what you mean and know it comes from sincere motives 10. Deceiving Heart: Everything you do you have hidden motives that will benefit you and not he other person. You appear to e a loving kind person but all the while you are working things for your good and not theirs. 11. Gossiping Heart: always taking about others without knowing if it its th truth or not. spreading lies and trouble. always lifting yourself up and putting other down. 12. Haughty Heart: Always bragging on yourself and puffing yourself up to look better than what you are. This is just a few of the Hearts that you can use to test your heart to see what kind o heart you have. You may fit several of these catagories. If you are a child of God and God is love and you say hoy have been born again of the water and of the spirit and you dont have a heart of love and all the other positive signs that the heart of God has than you are not a child of God. It is that simple. One day we will stand before God and give account for every idle word we say. I think everyone of us need to do a heart check and ask God to forgive us for our wrongdoings and to give us a loving, forgiving, compassionate, long suffering heart. Father, in the name of Jesus, please search our heart and if their be any in in our hearts we ask you to give us a new heart and deliver us from our evil ways. Help us to never give up on anyone and to see them the way they will be when you get through with them. Help us to remember where you have brought us from. Help us to remember that as longs we have the old Adam nature living in us we are all capable of being murderers and all the other evil things that the old Adam nature is constantly trying to get us to do. Help us to sow mercy to those who are still struggling with these terrible sins and help us to not make excuses for them but to pray for them and to come against these spirits that use them in prayer through much prayer and fasting in Jesus precious holy name we ask and we thank you Father. Amen!
