Heart of Spades - Mariner of the Sea DAY 3 (Sep 25) CRUISE: Busan (South Korea) Got up in the morning and i decided to clean my violin. She looks sooooo beautiful now!! :) Our rehearsal with the Mariner of the Sea Band went very smoothly!! The hard work I put into writing those music charts for the band paid off!!! After an hour of rehearsal, we rushed back to our staterooms and got ready for the show. It was a packed out theatre!! 95% of the audience were Chinese and they ALL loved our performance!! It was the first time Heart of Spades performing on a cruise ship, but most of all it was our first time playing with a FULL BAND. Kashmir, Smells Like Teen Spirit and Game of Throne x Pirates of the Caribbean rocked so hard!! When the show ended, we were sweating so much that it looked like we just jumped out of the shower. lol The performer for tomorrow nites headline act lost his luggage during his flight onto the cruise and could only do a part of his show, so the Cruise Director and the Production Manager asked us to perform again tomorrow nite for a short set at 7:15pm. During dinner, lots of passengers came up to us to chat and take photos with us. :) They were all asking if we did any chinese songs and would love to hear some. I guess well have to arrange some chinese songs for tomorrow in the morning. KATEI
