Heated like a mofo right now. So how Ive been out of my house since Nov.3rd and my landlord has not given me my deposit back. No itemized list of any deductions if there were any. The 21days to refund my deposit has come and gone. Ive been patient and its wearing thin. So today when I ask again about my deposit she sends pictures and a notice from the Homeowners association saying I dumped large items. Now they want her to attend a hearing with them in middle December or a levy will be applied to her account. So im asking for some enlightment on what should I do next? If she never gave me a guideline or book on what you can and cannot dump in the dumpsters.and as they consider it illegal dumping of large items. How does a vacuum and microwave kart that was broken down into pieces are consider large for a big dumpster. Help somebody understand.
