Heavily influenced by artists like Michael Jackson, The Temptations, and Usher, D.A. started singing when he was 10. He sang and performed in many talent shows all throughout grade school. At age 16 he started singing in his church choir. Later he attended Indiana Bible College and was selected as 1 of 2 tenors to sing in the schools premier singing group Praise for 2 years, giving him the opportunity to travel all over the U.S. and minister in song. In 2011 D.A. co-wrote and recorded with Royal Tailor on their grammy nominated debut album Black and White, which gave him the opportunity to record with renowned producers Chuck Butler and Aaron Lindsey. He continued to work with Chuck Butler and released his first single on iTunes in 2012. D.A. has sung and ministered at many church camps and conferences with the most in attendance being 20,000 at North American Youth Congress 2013. While being rooted in his faith, D.A. is not afraid to go against the norm and explore all aspects, styles, and genres of music. D.A.s passion is to equip and empower his generation to live out their dreams to the fullest through faith!
