Heavy Duty operator (Crusher Personnel and Asphalt Personnel) We are looking to fill positions for a Heavy Duty Equipment Operators (Crusher Personnel and Asphalt Personnel) for an employer in Newfoundland and Labrador. Job Description: Crusher Personnel Scope of the job: Operate crusher equipment and operate on a 5-7 person team to complete project-based highway work in a timely manner. Team player 2-3 years of experience in a similar role Experience on Caterpillar, New Holland, Ingersoll-Rand, John Deere, Cedar Rapid or other comparable brand of equipment Previous experience on highway construction. Experience in performing small maintenance tasks on equipment. Foreman applicants are welcome, experience running a 5-7 person team is necessary Asphalt Personnel Operate paving equipment and work on a 5-7 person team to complete project-based highway work in a timely manner Paver operators, roller operators, screed operators and "rakers" (team members who finishes areas using a rake or other hand tool). Team player 2-3 years of experience in a similar role Experience on Caterpillar, New Holland, Ingersoll-Rand, John Deere, Cedar Rapid or other comparable brand of equipment Previous experience on highway construction. Experience in performing small maintenance tasks on equipment.
