Heavy bags arent just for beating on. They work great as an odd object training implement. It can be used for strength or conditioning. Below is a video of my conditioning session after my indoor strength workout. You can do something similar for time or sets/reps. If you dont have a heavy bag grab anything (case of water, dumbbell, suitcase, gym bag, another human, anything). Just get it done. Always use proper technique and if you dont know, ASK SOMEBODY!! #MOTIVATION #DONTBEAVERAGE
