Hebrews 1:1-2 Long ago God spoke many times and in many ways to our ancestors through the prophets. And now in these final days, he has spoken to us through his Son. God promised everything to the Son as an inheritance, and through the Son he created the universe. Today, read Genesis 1 and remember that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, is there as the earth is created. In fact, every one of our translations except for the NET says "through whom also He made the worlds". (NKJV) "Worlds" is plural, indicating that not only earth, but the rest of our universe was created through Jesus Christ. The very heartbeat, the lifeline, the breath of our universe is Jesus Christ - and it is through Him, through God the Son, that God our Father has spoken to us in these "last days".
