Heli Max Ok I figured out the problem with my Axe. I am posting this so you can better help future customers. Symptoms: 1. Lack of power to get off the ground more then 4 inches. 2. Binding noise / loss of power at high throttle / pitch. 3. quick draining batteries. 4. Control unit cut out seemingly randomly. 5. Swash and linkages vibrate violently during spool up untill 100% headspeed reached. The problem seems to be the metal bushing between the shaft and the swash not being properly seated into the swash mechanism. Mine was sitting loose ontop of the swash. The stock settings bind the ball, and the swash but if you jiggle it the ball fits in the socket and loosens the binding so it presents as intermittent. Solution: Simply gently push the ball into its seat till it clicks in and looks like the pictures of the axe online.
