Hell yes. It doesnt hurt but help. Tell that to the small business that is trying to grow but cant take on more work cuz they will have to hire more than 50 employees which they cant afford insurance for. Tell that to the single mother working that now has to pay 50 percent of a health plan that runs 200 per week and she is living paycheck to paycheck before this crap.
