Hello Alumni Divine Mercy Parish. : St. Mary’s and St. Mark’s Churches 232 Central Avenue, Rahway , New Jersey 07065. The Following Interviews take place on 06/23/2014. I have donated my time to get to the truth about The Divine Mercy Parish. Now if you call 1-732- 388-0083, the phone answering machine will say Thank you for calling Divine Mercy Parish. The following interviews took place on this date covered by Anthony Nugey intervening Pastor Father Dennis Kaelin and Ruth the administrator. The following are facts which take place starting in the year 2005-6. I myself have spent a lot of time on the real facts as they are known to be. The following Police report was filed by myself with the approval of the Pastor Father Dennis Kaelin. As people who have complained about knocked over headstones and the desecrations of the cemetery has be reported to the Clark Police case # 1415006. It was also new to the Pastor, Father Kaelin about this information. This man Father Dennis is one you would like to meet. He’s just was dressed in a sweet Hawaiian shirt and shorts. So down to Earth, I was emotional impacted to see him not in the cloth. Congratulations for being human being and still have the respect a Pastor should be. My first interview was with Ruth, the Admin. As a Matter of fact, I had to get the Pastors permission to even post this thread. About me, I have been a delegate for Union county for 18 years as of now. My job is to research complaints and take care of them using the truth as my guide. Now while interviewing Ruth, she had told me that the lone worker who is not a volunteer is paid a salary to take care of and maintains the building of Saint Marks, ST. Mary’s and St. Mary’s cemetery. That is the only worker that is full time. The Name of this person is Dave. They also pay a part time wage to the organ player and a few others. There is also a team of volunteers like I am doing now. I submitted the History upon the request of the Pastor of Saint May’s Church. rc.net/newark/stmary/history.htm .Ruth will alert Dave of the grave desecration which I am sure he knows about. However there is in play the 100 year act of headstones. Ruth and Pastor Dennis agreed to the fact that they could look back into the records of graves stones that are destroyed, but after 100 years it would most likely be impossible to locate a family member. Next, Father Myers that we all knew and loved was buried in a cemetery in North Arlington, NJ. There is no misappropriations of funds for the two churches. The fact is they just don’t have it. They have one maintenance man. That is all they can afford. Per Ruth of admin and backed up by Pastor Dennis. Bishop Meyers out of Newark is said to have spent towards the churches $300,000 to maybe $500,000, towards the parishes in the Arch Diocese , according to Ruth he has that as part of his job to see where to spend capitol. I also asked was there a place in Florida that retired priests go? Both the Pastor and Ruth knew of no such place. Ruth is 85 and has worked there and still continues as of now for at least 50 years. She is my go to girl and went to school with Barbara Nugey Hoblitzell. Continuing with the cemetery that has most of you in an uproar It has been discussed that It would cost somewhere $25,000 to $30,000 to repave the entire street ways. So unless one of you people reading this, donate something towards the problem instead of complaining about it. Otherwise the only possible solution to the main pot hole in the main road will be just filled with gravel and a Fence will be place at the entrance. And even the pastor is unsure it ‘s cost can be covered. If at the bare minimum you can do is say a prayer for Pastor Dennis so he can work through God to get these things done. On a particular note, the nun’s habitat that was allowed to raise shelter for the under privilege, Per Ruth , return to the Property of Saint Devine’s in the course of 40 years. Additional notes is that the CCD classes at the building known as St. Mary’s has never stopped. If there are any questions or retorts of my reporting the current History of St. Devine Mercy Parish please call Ruth in charge of Admin @ 1-732-388-0083. This report has been composed for the benefit of getting the facts correct for Divine Mercy Parish, Saint Mary’s and Saint Mark’s on behalf of our trusted Graduates of Saint Mary’s and those who still visit the Parish for Mass. Once again I ask you to at the least put in some time to help the school that we graduated from. Sincerely, Tony Nugey In respect of my family and the Hoblitzell’s and many other families for the 1960’s who made Saint Mary’s one of the greatest part of our lives. Also I would like to mention Father Myers for putting up with my golf games. He played with me for years.
