Hello August 1st: I am looking for an awesome, responsible, mature, friendly, clean, considerate, financially responsible roommate to move in on August 1st. I prefer that you have some maturity and life experiences in you, being in your 30s or 40s. Im a 44 year old massage therapist that has been in private practice for 17 years. Im easy to live with, have a great sense of humor, communicative, not territorial because I want the home to be a shared. I like to have a balanced home: I love for it to be chill, its my sanctuary and I also like to socialize having friends over occasionally. Ideally it would be great if we had opposite work schedules so we would both have time to have the apartment to ourselves: I tend to work early afternoon until evening time, coming home around 9 or 10pm. The room for rent is 12 x 12 feet, rent is $1120, has a double sliding mirrored door closet and a nice size window with a ledge below it. Room is available August 1st 2014. There is a very large storage area in the apartment that is about 20 x 30 feet, a free washer and dryer that we share with our neighbors. Theres also a large entry way thats downstairs with a coat closet. Theres also a bonus of a large outdoor deck with a view of Twin Peaks, great for watching the sunsets or sunbathing (below is a sunset photo taken from the deck).
