Hello B-Movie Society, What could be better for Halloween week than the sheer horror that is another Asylum Shark movie? This weeks showing is one that really needs no introduction, but Ill give it one anyway. This week well be showing the infamous Sharknado 2: The Second One just days after its DVD release. We all know what to expect; we once again join our hero Fin this time in New York City facing two Sharknados and in a race against time to make sure they dont meet and join to create a mega-Sharknado. It had to happen, didnt it? What more can you want than sewer sharks, electrified sharks, subway sharks and flaming sharks? Plus you come and get to test your z-list celebrity knowledge with the abundance of celebrity cameos. Its a twister with teeth. Nuff said. Come join us in DLT1 this Wednesday 29th October at 8pm for our premiere of Sharknado 2: The Second One, doors will open at 7:30pm. The B-Movie Society will be holding its first social of the term this week too, if youd like to come and hang out with your fellow bad movie lovers well be in the Peter Brown Room in the Darwin Missing link from 4pm on Saturday 1st November where well be playing games, eating food and just generally hanging out. If you bring along a little money well be ordering pizza later on in the evening, this social will be a great chance to get to know all the weird people youve been laughing at movies with over the last 5 weeks.
