Hello Beautiful Souls ~ Tina here. Sending warmth and love to each of you amazing and precious page family. Whether you have joined our page family recently, or have been a part of us for a longer time, I thank you all for being here. For those of you, who do not know who I am, I am David Dills sister, his only sibling. My gentle message for you, is that you are not alone. So many of you are grieving the loss of someone whom who love and care deeply for. They too died by suicide like my brother, David did. Just being able to take one breath at a time seems unbearable to do. I love and care about you and have insight into the devastation of the impact suicide does to shatter our lives. Lots of you who come and visit here may be like I me~ : you too have survived your own attempts of ending your life as I have. When depression or mental illness consume a person, they feel like they are stuck inside of a cage, locked inside the most dismal black hole, where no light of hope seems possible. I am living proof that with proper diagnosis and treatment, people get better and go on to live thriving lives. Just knowing that relief is possible because it is. Suicide is the fatal tragedy of total despair with no hope of unending emotional pain. When one has emotionally fallen so far down inside a rabbit hole, the light seems gone. There is help available to you through various methods. We can all make difference in comforting someone who is emotionally hurting and can educate ourselves by reading and learning more about mental illnesses. If people all over the world, could begin to understand that depression and mental health is just as important as our medical health, the stigma would end. Be good to yourself. Have patience with yourself. I believe in God, but I respect that there are wonderful beings all over the planet who believe differently than I do. Whatever you personally believe in spiritually is your right. Our creator loves us, and he made no mistakes in your birthright. Never forget you matter in this world and I hold you so tenderly inside my heart. Blessings to you always ~ Love, Tina
