Hello, Blaney family! The fact that the clocks are getting sent forward this week has put it into my head that Spring is coming and it will be getting warmer soon. With this in mind, I want to try to set up some time on a few Sunday afternoons to gather as many people as are interested to play some softball. It will be a fun way to spend a couple hours and interact with one another in a recreational setting. If we have enough of an interest, it could even be an opportunity to reach out to some of the other churches in the community to do an intramural competition. If you are interested, let me know either by comment or by private message. I was hoping that we might be able to set this up starting Sunday, March 16th, if the weather is cooperative. I figure that we can aim for a time-frame of 1:00-3:00 or so. That would give people time to rest for a bit before evening service and give choir members time to get back to the church before practice. I am interested in whatever feedback you may have.
