Hello Bridgeway! A few weeks ago Pastor Lance announced during services that we are moving to the former SureWest property on the corner of Industrial and Washington Blvd! We are very excited about this move as we create the first permanent home for Bridgeway! You, as a unified congregation, played a critical role in making this happen. You easily saw the vision the Lord placed before us and responded in a very powerful way. In a normal situation, we would have had 6 months or more to engage with the Invest Campaign. This scenario, however, forced us to shrink that timeframe down to a mere 6 weeks. We have no other response but to thank the Lord for what He has done and to say thank you for your commitment to see Bridgeway in a new, right-sized location in this region. To date, our church family has given just under $2 million into the building fund, and our additional pledges will bring the total to over $4.3 million! This is truly astounding and a true testament to what God is doing here at Bridgeway. As you might remember, we had an immediate need of $3 million. After much prayer and consideration, and the backing of other cash sources to bridge the gap to the $3 million mark, the Elders felt very confident in proceeding with this project. There is much work to be done at our new home as we prepare for an anticipated “Grand Opening” in 2016. Stay tuned for more updates as this process begins!
