Hello CALites! :) I was so happy with my yesterdays cooking trial that I couldnt stop myself from posting that here. I used to hate okra and never preferred it in my meals. But yesterday I made Crispy Okra-Onion Fry, for the first time and it was so tasty n delicious that now I love bhindi! :) My mother was so happy to hear this because she has always been asking me to try okra. :-D The motivation came from a Okra dish I had once had in my office canteen and it was the only okra dish I ever liked. I tried to make the same and it was a huge success! Most of you might have tried it already but I can provide you my recipe if you want to try it.
