Hello, Cast and Parents! As we are on a very tight schedule and the kids are working VERY hard, we are making a few changes to the schedule. This will require all cast members except members of the Kids Khorus to be at EVERY rehearsal from 6 to 8:30pm. If there are any issues surrounding this (conflicts, etc), please let Laura know ASAP so we can plan ahead. When we need the little ones, we will let you know. In the meantime, the kids should read their scripts and bring a hard copy to each rehearsal IN THEIR BINDERS. The binders are for the kids to use at rehearsals so we don’t have loose paper flying around and things getting lost. The binders should have their names printed neatly on the INSIDE. On Tuesday, we will need the little ones at 6 to review “Magic to Do” and “Hard Knock Life”. After we are done with this review, the little kids can leave. After that we will be reviewing “Oh What I Night” and working on “One Short Day.” In the meantime, the kids will be doing character development with their SCRIPTS. Please review your music and start memorizing your lines if you have them. A few reminders: Please be sure to submit your $25 production fee to Gretchen Chapman ASAP. Please compose a biography and submit to Christine Springer via email ASAP. Her email address is [email protected] If you have questions on costumes, please contact Judy Schiavone. Remember that anything you buy needs approval. Do not take off tags and save receipts until you get approval. The kids are working VERY hard and we’ve made a lot of progress, but there is much work to be done. It’s supposed be VERY HOT next week. Please make sure that the children are dressed accordingly and that they have water. Putting the water bottles in the freezer in the morning and taking them out right before you leave for rehearsal is a great trick –as they will remain VERY cold for the two and half hours of work time.
