Hello Everybody.... Thank you all for your wonderful contributions, questions, support and advice. It really is a privilege to watch a whole new kind of cooperative community develop and grow. As is normal in human interactions, and especially when there is such a diverse group of people who have varying political views, values, ideas of socially acceptable behaviour/communication etc, as in this group, that some level of friction between some people is inevitable. One way of dealing with this is to look at the situation as a learning opportunity in finding ways to engage with such people or to find ways to ignore such people and not let them get in your head. Another way of dealing with this is that I remove users as people send me complaints. But then I cant see much difference between me doing that and the way some governments operate or how some school kids operate in isolating those that dont conform and so I will not be doing that. Im hoping that the focus of this group is and will remain one that supports our unschooling adventure and helps us grow as unschoolers, or life learners. I hope we can bare that in mind when we share here and in our responses to each other.
