Hello Everyone! First off, Im super excited to be involved in planning this event for such a great girl and I really hope everyone attending will enjoy this menu. So, here is the menu I have developed: Appetizer: Crab and Avocado Margaritas Soup: Shrimp and Roasted Corn Chowder topped with Crispy Pancetta Salad: Tuscan Salad with Field Greens, Artichokes, Roasted Peppers and a Spicy Red Wine Vinaigrette Entrée: CHOICE OF Garlic and Sage Infused Smoked Cornish Hen with Saffron Rice and Roasted Summer Vegetables. OR Pan Fried Trout with Sun Dried Tomato and Pumpkin Seed Pesto Cream and Black Truffle Risotto with Roasted Summer Vegetables. Dessert: Limoncello Tiramisù In addition, assorted hors doeuvres will be offered before dinner as well as afterward when the dancing begins. Please let us know your choice of entree when you purchase your ticket.....now the important part, it is our goal to have 100 percent of the proceeds from ticket sales go directly to supporting Demi. For that to happen, donations of food and funds are GREATLY APPRECIATED! I will be posting an ingredients list over the next few days. Thanks again everyone, this is gonna be a great night!
