Hello Everyone, I have been off Facebook a lot lately. As most of you know I have been having health issues. I have had a cough since last year and had breathing problems since april. I went to 2 lung specialists who said I just have Asthma. About 6 weeks ago I noticed a lump about 2 inches below my collar bone. I went back to my oncologist. 6 years ago I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. We fought and I won at that time. Well my cancer has metastasized. My Mammogram shows no cancer in my breast area but I did have the lump and my tumor markers have very high results. So in we went to look at that lump and during the CT it was noted I have cancer in my lungs and Lymph nodes. They did take out one very large lymph node last week and now we have my diagnosis. I have Terminal Lung and Lymphatic Cancer. I will have more testing this next week to see where else the cancer has gone to. Right now the focus is in the Brain and Bone. But these tests will tell us all. I started chemo yesterday. I also am on oxygen because I do not have Asthma I have lung cancer and I cannot breathe very well. The doctor is really not giving me a answer on how much time. She just says it will depend on your fight. She did tell me if I do nothing I would not live to see 2015. I know I have been a little flakey lately on getting back to all of you. Don’t give up on me. I will answer you all. I think I am still in shock. I’m not scared. I am not even mad. My focus is fighting for my life to go on until Mallory and Justin are raised. I do realize that is a long shot but I will continue to believe I can do this. I have not fought for the last 10 years to keep this child alive to leave her now. I need to finish what I started. I will let you all know more about the next results when I get them.
