Hello Everyone! I hope this message finds everyone happy, healthy and ready for summer! First, I want to thank everyone for your patience during the transition and me dealing with my mothers fall back in February. Thankfully, she is finally making some improvements and will probably be leaving the nursing home within the next few weeks. She still has a long road ahead of her with rehab for her ankle and stroke but she will do great! I am very excited to say that I have found a kitchen to prepare meal plans out of and will be finalizing the arrangements with that very soon. The following changes are being made to the ordering process: 1. The menu options will change monthly. There will also be special order menu items as well. 2. There will be a minimum of 10 meals per order at $85.00. 3. Delivery to your home or office within 15 miles of Edwardsville is available for an additional $5.00. A reusable cooler bag with ice blankets will need to be purchased at cost for $8.00 for the transport of your meals. More details on delivery and pickup will follow soon. 4. The kitchen I have secured is at a private school in Caseyville, Illinois. Pickup at the school may be an option as well. If you are still interested in the meal plans, please let me know so I have an idea for budgeting my time at the new kitchen. I would really appreciate it!
