Hello Everyone, If you’re like me, you love Oprah’s Super Soul Sunday. This Sunday is not to be missed when Oprah interviews former nun and religious scholar Karen Armstrong whose pearls of spiritual wisdom – knock it out of the park. She left the convent and left the church and then realized much later that one’s faith – no matter what it is, can be an important anchor for the challenges and curve balls that life throws us. We can all learn a lot from Ms Armstrong. I’m sure you’ll want to catch this one!
