Hello Facebook World - It’s been almost a month since my accident and I am healing well. It will be a very long and painful process which at this point will last for the next two to six months. I will meet with my trauma surgeon in early December to evaluate my progress. At that meeting another round of x-rays will be done to insure that the bones are all healing and my new robo-cop hardware hasn’t moved. During that meeting I’m hoping to have some of my physical restrictions lifted but that will be the surgeon’s call. My limitations have required me to be rather dependent on those around me. This is new for me – I am a get the job done kinda of person but seeing the love and support from our friends and family has been a true blessing. My family is adjusting well and are happy we can all be together. If you would like to know more about what is going on in our lives or here at Camp Ao-Wa-Kiya please let me know. We serve a big God who has graced me with life! I will be taking full advantage of that life and I choose to live it for Him each day. I ask you to come with me on this journey and help spread His word, help move the nation and help His mission to grow.
