Hello Facebook friends! Just a couple updates. First, you may have already noticed, but theres butter available again! Quantities are limited but we have been sending out 1lb tubs of our all natural butter to stores again. It is also available on our shelf at the creamery in Buhl. Second, a small malfunction in our homogenizer has been causing some foaming and frothing issues with the chocolate milk and egg nog. (Yes, egg nog is available too!) This doesnt affect the taste or quality of the product, it just causes it to look separated and foamy in the bottle. Simply shake it up a bit before drinking and enjoy. We have gotten the problem fixed and shouldnt have any more appearance issues. Finally, the seasonal ice cream flavors are here! Apple strudel, pumpkin pie (November flavor of the Month) and egg nog are available by the scoop in our store, and the apple strudel and pumpkin pie are available in half gallons to stores that carry our ice cream. Check their freezer to see if its there! As always, thank you all for your support of our dairy and creamery, we couldnt do it without our loyal customers.
