Details below: Job Description As our graphic designer, you will contribute to the design and production of print, electronic, and web projects that fulfill the needs of our corporate marketing and objectives. You will work in-house, for a minimum of 20 hours/week. You need to be self-diven, and detailed oriented. Please look at job details below: Desired Skills and Experience √ Graphic Design degree, or similar education. At least two years of experience. √ Work on Mac platform, using the following programs: Adobe In-design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro. √ Knowledge on the following programs: Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint. √ Must have experience and knowledge of preparing files for print production. √ Knowledge and experience with online software and apps for email, website development and other social media tools is a BIG plus. √ Good customer relations and interpersonal skills. √ Ability to juggle multiple jobs (multi-tasker) and be very flexible. √ Ability to work under pressure. √ Must be creative and full of good ideas, but willing to happily defer to client wishes and best practices. Direction provided by Creative Director and/or Account Executive. √ Flexible/comfortable and happy to change direction in an atmosphere where priorities and direction can shift often. Duties *Accomplishes marketing strategies for non-profit and profit client by producing creative work included but not limited to direct mail campaigns, logo designs, flyers, space ads, print ads, web ads, emails, landing pages, etc. *Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule based on priorities set by owner. *Consults with Art Director to design effective materials. *Follows job specifications. *Creates/Prints PDFs for internal review. *Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications and trade journals, analyzing competitors’ efforts, and staying up-to-date on industry “best practices”. *Good sense of humor and easy-to-get-along-with personality is important in our small office environment.
