Hello Fellow Pet Lovers, I wanted to share this nice note I received from a new client who just brought his dog to see us: Dr. Carol goes above and beyond what is expected of any veterinarian. While some vets may just give you a bill, Dr. Carol fully explains what is going on with your pet and in my case she was able to help me with my dog Marley a jack Russell/ yorkie mix. I called Dr. Carol on a saturday and she was able to accomodate me the same day with fantastic service. I have never been to a vet who tries to be more helpful, not to mention she has GREAT prices especially for the Chagrin Area. by Mike S.
