Hello Folks, I have been unable to use my MTN line the whole day. And on Monday i loaded airtime worthy 10000Rwf at about 4pm and by the next day same time my airtime had gamed yet on both days i had activated full day discounted packs. So today i went to MTN to find out what happened to my aitime and i was told they see about 6000airtime was deducted but they dont know how it happened. i was then advised that they will investigate and get back to me but nobody has called me!! Mwhile as indicated above I havent been able to make any calls today, everytime i attempt to call , i get an automated message which says i dont have enough airtime yet there is money and besides i had activated the super pack for the day! Do we have someone here who could be working for MTN and can explain whats happening. I feel disappointed!!
