My Intention is to serve dinner in our garden ,weather permitting . Cocktails Sherwood Forest Cocktails ,which is a blend of spices and blackberries and Proseco , or Stingy Jacks which are a combination of Cognac allspice liquer and pumpkin beer ,quite seasonal Hors de oeuvres Bruschetta with fresh figs ,arugula and chèvre Shrimp with Tequila and chipolte dipping sauce Parmesano Reggaino with Truffle honey Mushroom pate with lemon caper butter Dinner Aloutte Pinot Noir , BERNE Cotes de Provenance Rose Roasted Butternut squash and roasted heirloom tomato soup with a roasted wild mushroom creme Salad of Baby Arugula ,black Kale, shaved fennel & pears with Blue cheese and toasted Walnuts Entree Oven Roasted Pomegranate Glazed Turkey ,with Shitaki mushroom ,sun-dried tomato and pine nut Dressing Cranberry chutney & Cranberry Relish Roasted root vegetable and Cognac gravy Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes Hare coverts with Marcona almonds and Brown Butter & crispy sage Roasted Chippolini , Shallot ,and Chestnut Compote Roasted Cauliflower with Capers ,currants and bread crumbs Desert Port White Chocolate Cranberry Cheese cake Chocolate Tart with rum glaze MAY ALL THE BLESSINGS OF HEALTH ,HAPPINESS 7PROSPERITY AND PEACE REIGN WITHIN OUR HEARTS .AND MAY WE ALL MANIFEST A BETTER WORLD ,WITH COMPASSION AND LOVING KINDNESS FOR ALL SENTIENT BEINGS !!!
